Bootcamp
Boot Camp offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm!
Boot Camp is a high-intensity, full-body workout which combines cardio and toning exercises using body weight and light barbells.

Belly Dance
Tribal Belly Dancing, Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm!

Tribal Belly Dancing is a combination of Spanish, North African and Indian dances. It’s fun, funky, powerful dancing that emphasizes body awareness. This class is designed to help the novice learn critical steps to help create a solid belly dance foundation of arm, hip, shoulder, belly, head, leg and foot movements. The spontaneous dancing comes from taught steps combined into a set of movements. Those sets of movements are then done as an improvisation or used in more choreographed dances to music.
Cardio Blast
Cardio Blast is offered Monday and Wednesday at 7:15am!
This is a high energy, high intensity class that gets your heart rate up and works all areas of the body through a variety of moves, including jumping, punching, kicking, squatting, etc. Cardio Blast combines multiple elements, designed to improve cardiovascular health, endurance, bone density and coordination while burning fat and toning muscles. In addition to achieving a great workout, you’ll have a blast doing it!

Core Conditioning
Core Conditioning offered Monday and Saturday!
Core Conditioning focuses on strengthening and toning the upper and lower abs, obliques, lower back and glutes using floor exercises. This class also includes full-body stretching to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Hoop
Your Hoop Stomp Class at EquiVita! Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm!
Remember that round hoop that you used to play with as a child? We’ll provide you with an adult-sized hoop, great music, and fun routines to have a great new way to exercise. Even if you think you can’t hoop, you can! These beginner level classes are designed to provide you with the skills you need to learn to Hoop for fun and fitness. Hoop burns 200 calories every 30 minutes, builds balance and coordination, creates spontaneous laughter, and more. These classes will explore a variety of hoop skills and moves. Learn how to keep the hoop on your waist, turns, footwork and dancing. In addition to the basics you will also be supported to explore your own natural hoop dance style. No previous experience necessary. Hoops will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Limited to 10 spaces.

Zumba
Show off your moves in Zumba!
Want a dynamic aerobic workout that is an absolute blast? This dance-based class features interval training with fast and slow Latin infused rhythms combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. You’re going to love the upbeat tempos and rhythms! Zumba is cardio dance party with an atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, Reggae, Rumba and more. Best of all, you don’t need any previous dance experience or to be a great dancer, just have fun! Its fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
Zumba is on Tuesdays @ 7:30 and Saturday mornings @ 9:30. Taught by Dionysia Williams.
