Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Awareness of what? Of what it feels like to be you, living in your elevated state. This yogic technology supports bringing balance into your being (body, breath, mind/emotions, wisdom and connection) so you can experience your own excellence.
Each class includes a kriya (set of actions), deep relaxation and meditation. If you've never tried this style of yoga, and you wish to connect more deeply within yourself and your life, it is something special to experience!
This class will be taught by Carla Fox TFT, Professional Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 and Ayurvedic Practitioner

Body Positive Hatha Yoga
This class has been designed so that any body and any fitness level is welcome. Developed for beginners as well as those with experience, this 8 week series will guide you through numerous asana, breath work, and relaxation to give you a basic understanding of yoga and how your body experiences it. Discover strength, flexibility, confidence and more! This is about more than the body; it’s inclusive of the mind and cultivating a new perspective and feel for yourself in life. Alignment, breath, postures and relaxation are the focal points. Deepen your practice, find your inner warrior, and gain confidence and empowerment through this practice.

Dance Fitness
This class incorporates stretching, movement and repetitive choreography to get your blood pumping and booties shaking! The movement in this class will enhance your flexibility, range of mobility, strength and balance. This class is a place to laugh it up and groove to some beats with your fellow dancers while getting a great workout! Each week we will be changing it up with different themed classes, music, and movement! Let’s have some fun! All in-person classes require pre-registration. No walk-ins permitted. Full Moon Gong Show
Night of the full moon from 6PM-7PM
At EQUIVITA (bring your own mat, pillow etc. to be comfortable on the ground)
Facilitated by Carla Fox

Outdoors when the weather permits. Event will be canceled if it’s raining.
Inside in the large classroom, space limited to 10 participants.
We will be hosting gong relaxation for the full moon each month outdoors and as the weather shifts, we will shift with it. This is an opportunity to rest and release in community. I will lead a brief movement and breath practice, appropriate for all, then deep relaxation with the gong and a brief meditation.
The gong dates are based on the time that the full moon falls. The gong is usually prior to the actual time of the full moon. Since the full moon falls on different days throughout the year, this event will move accordingly. Keep an eye out each month to participate.
